摘要

We report electrical measurements, XPS measurements, and photoconductivity on La{sub}(1-δ)MnO{sub}3/metal interfaces. A clear evidence of a photo-induced insulator-metal transition of a La{sub}0.81MnO{sub}3/Al/Al{sub}2O{sub}3/Nb tunnel junction and second peak on R-T dependence of LaMnO{sub}3/metal junctions are reported. These effects are explained in terms of formation of the La{sub}(1-δ)MnO{sub}3 oxygen depleted layer caused by the out-diffusion of oxygen in La{sub}(1-δ)MnO{sub}3/metal interface.
