Background: The Interprofessional Radiation Oncology Rounds (IROR) were developed to meet the continuing education objectives of an interprofessional audience at our institution. The IROR audience consists of representatives from oncology nursing, radiation therapy, radiation oncology, and medical physics.Purpose: To describe the development of the IROR, which could serve as a model for other health care centers and to present our analysis of the effectiveness of IROR using questionnaires completed by the participants from October 2005 to November 2008.
