The staff of Applied Optics is always glad to receive submissions of art for the journal cover. Art should be related to papers to be published in Applied Optics and may be submitted with the paper or separately, before or after a paper is accepted. Art that is chosen for the cover will appear in the same issue as the related paper. Authors are encouraged to write a descriptive caption for cover art; the caption will appear on the Table of Contents page.
