Russian seaborne crude oil exports are set to rise for the third consecutive month to 2.964 million barrels per day (12.535 million metric tons) in May as national pipeline operator Transneft ramps up shipments through the recently launched Baltic Sea port of Ust-Luga, while flows from the Black Sea and the Pacific port of Kozmino are also slated to grow.
