UAE's Dana Gas has discovered oil with its al-Baraka 2 well in Egypt."We hope such discoveries continue to build company revenues and profitability,particularly in light of current high oil prices,"said Ahmed al-Arbeed,executive director of Dana's upstream operations,but did not give reserves estimates.Egypt's state newspaper Gomhuria said on Saturday that the new well,which is in the Komombo Block,was expected to produce around 2,200 b/d of oil.
