Santos has sold its Victorian assets to Cooper Energy for up to US $62.6m (A$82m) in cash. The assets sold to Cooper Energy include: 1. 50% stake in the Casino-Henry gas project; 2. 50% interest in the Sole gas field and the Orbost gas plant; 3. 10% stake in the Minerva gas field and gas plant; 4. 100% interest in the Patricia-Baleen gas field. Santos’ share of production from these assets in the first half of 2016 was 139.7 MMcm (4.93 Bcf) of sales gas.
