Moscow-Russian fertilizer producer JSC Acron has awarded Topsoe a contract for the design of a new ammonia plant that will use equipment from two existing ammonia units.The new 2,060-t/d ammonia plant will be located in Ve-liky Novgorod, where construction on an ammonia plant was suspended in the late 1980s due to the collapse of the Soviet Union.
