Gulei—Royal Vopak has signed an equity transfer agreement with Xian-glu Petrochemical (Zhangzhou) Co. Ltd. for a 30% equity interest in Zhangzhou Gulei Haiteng Jetty Investment Management Co. Ltd., which owns an industrial terminal in Gulei, China. The new terminal, commissioned in 2013, consists of 890,000 cu m of storage capacity for petrochemical products. Long-term contracts have been signed for the terminal to serve two petrochemical plants via pipelines.
