The Hague— Muntajat BV, the recently established marketing company of Qatar Chemical and Petrochemical Marketing and Distribution Co. (Muntajat), has opened five international marketing offices to serve customers in 19 countries (PCN, 9 Sept 2013, p 2). Launched in 2012, Muntajat holds exclusive rights to market, sell and distribute chemicals, polymers and fertilizers produced in Qatar to the global market. The five new marketing offices, located in Amman, Jordan; Melbourne, Australia; Cape Town, South Africa; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Istanbul, Turkey, will provide local and customized services to customers. Muntajat BV plans to open 36 local marketing offices in stages, "with these five being among the first wave," it said.
