Englewood— Gevo, in its outlook for 2016, said it now expects isobutanol production at its Luverne, Minn., facility to be in a range of 500,000 gallons to 650,000 gallons in 2016 (PCN, 28 Sept 2015, p 4). The company had earlier estimated an increase in Luverne isobutanol production to between 750,000 gallons and 1-million gallons in 2016, seven to 10 times higher than the anticipated 2015 production levels.
