Hong Kong-China's Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry has completed construction of a 100,000 dwt floating production, storage and offloading vessel, to be deployed at China National Offshore Oil Corporation's Xijiang 23-1 oil field, currently under development in the South China Sea, the state-owned offshore producer said October 17.
