Brazil’s government will appoint a commission comprised of representatives of several ministries to finally hammer out an agreement over the giant Transfer of Rights (TOR) presalt area. The decision to form the commission was published on Jan. 17 in Brazil’s official Gazette. The team will have 60 days to negotiate an agreement, a time frame which can be extended for another 60 days.
