I was first introduced to biodynamic farming and gardening practice five years ago by my friend Ruby Gold. She had stacks of old journals and books in her library. As I read this literature and attended workshops in Sacramento at the Rudolf Steiner College, an entirely new world opened up for me. 1 began to see that, by developing a deep understanding and true partnership with nature, we could heal this environmental crisis we are in. Holding this new understanding near to my heart, I started to pursue ways to explore the world of biodynamics.
