Importance of the problem of soil comminution with cadmium, originating from phosphorus-containing fertilizers, is shown. Statistical data about cadmium content in different phosphate raw material and mineral fertilizers is presented. Technical and economical characteristics of several known methods of cadmium removal from processed products and phosphate raw materials are presented.
