摘要

We propose a 3D dynamic scene presentation method that uses video streams captured by multiple cameras in a large-scale space such as a stadium. In order to display the 3D scene with motion parallax, we have reduced the processing cost by simplifying the shape of an object to a single plane. We can keep the reality of the scene, however, by mapping the texture of the object, by controlling the orientation of the plane, and by switching the video streams adaptively to the observer's viewing position. The proposed method is suitable for displaying a 3D video that is distributed through a network. We have made an experimental system and have verified the feasibility of the proposed method.
