摘要

In recent yars sensitive skin is a quite popular term in the field of cosmetic science s well as dermatological treatment. The population of young women with sensitive skin has been increasing year by year with the complication of stressful modern society and life style. Generally the profiles of sensitive skin include low skin barrier function, high value of the ratio of IL-1 receptor antagonist/IL-1alpha and characteristic morphology of corneocyte with villus-like projection. Appropriate treatment for sensitive skin improve the skin condition to the normal level. Although there are many reasons which cause sensitive skin, the psycosomatic stress must be important in a daily life. Actually, in the case of stressful state, the physiological skin parameters become worse. In this paper, we discuss the characteristic profile of sensitive skin and typical case of sensitive skin affected by psycosomatic stress.
