摘要

Over the last 25 plus years Cytokine grew into an important conduit for the publication of original cytokine research. Today we receive 600 plus manuscripts a year from around the world and the journal continues to grow. After many years of managing Cytokine, Drs. Scott Durum and Gordon Duff have decided to step down from the chief editorship. It is important to recognize that without their tireless efforts, the journal would not have reached its current status. I sincerely thank Drs. Durum and Duff for their exemplary leadership.
