As this is my final column after two years of the presidency of the RACI I would like to share some personal observations of the period.Some of these will be repetitious of issues discussed in earlier columns.However,I have deliberately refrained from re-reading these so 1 can present those issues of which 1 have a greater memory,for whatever reason.
