France's Nexans has concluded a new framework agreement with Denmark's Dong Energy for the delivery of up to 1,750 km of submarine cables for wind farms off the British coast.The cables will be used to connect turbines to each other and to the offshore transformer platforms. The framework agreement runs until the end of 2020 and can be extended by two years. The Danish energy company also has the option of expanding the scope of services to include the delivery and installation of cable accessories.
