While so much attention is being given to fighting COVID-19, the longer term battle against Ebola recently saw a vaccine breakthrough with The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Burundi, Ghana and Zambia licensing the new vaccine, just 90 days after World Health Organization (WHO) prequalification. Registration of the vaccine is now expected in additional countries in the coming weeks.
