Reflecting our ownership by the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine (ACRM), Archives now sports ACRM's lotus logo. In 2012, ACRM's Board of Governors approved the logo you see on Archives. The new ACRM logo was designed to convey a clean, modern look in keeping with the focus on cutting-edge research and innovation. Archives' traditional red color has been preserved in this redesign; we will still be known as the red journal. The overlapping petals of the lotus flower communicate the interdisciplinary culture of ACRM and Archives' content. The lotus is a symbol of rebirth and renewal. In a similar manner, Archives seeks to nurture a diverse global community focused on physical medicine and rehabilitation research. Thriving on the shared goals of this culture, ACRM and Archives continue the journey toward improving the lives of people living with disabling conditions.
