In some organizations, the need to have process with the least maturity is not considered as a priority but enterprise resource planning system that have best practices and always works with mature process, is used, which caused failure of this system in that organizations. This paper presents a model of business process management with Six Sigma methodologies through phases of modeling, diagnostics, optimization, control and business process reengineering that provides an excellent and continuous improvement. With this model, the process maturity is achieved. Finally, based on the model and using Support Vector Machine and by calculating sigma level, the best strategy for improving business performance is obtained. Sigma level is achieved by using Minitab software and helps organizations discover opportunities for improvement.
