This issue of Liquid Crystals Today will be slightly shorter than you are normally used to because there were some problems with permissions, and unfortunately, I did not have a backup research article to compensate. This is mainly due to the still quite low rate of submissions of research or review articles, and I would like to encourage you all, especially also the generation of young researchers, to think about contributing an article about your research to LC Today. Rest assured that the community is indeed interested in what you are doing, and obviously, this is also good advertisement for your work.
