Greetings SES Members! I am your new Standards Engineering Journal Editor and I am pleased to be taking on this new role. First, a big thank you to the SES leadership for having placed their trust in me. I am especially grateful to my predecessor Steve Oksala who has been so very kind, supportive, and helpful in the past couple of months while showing me the intricacies of this job. There is a lot to learn, and with Steve's continued assistance, only an email away, I hope to continue the legacy of excellence that Steve has established for this Journal.
