A coalition of environmentalist groups has filed a lawsuit against the US EPA claiming that the Agency has received one-sided advice from industry on policy developments addressing risks posed by pesticides to endangered species.The groups raised the issue with the EPA in December(Agrow No 438,p 16)but have received no response.The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington by the law firm,Earthjustice,on behalf of five environmentalist groups,including the Washington Toxics Coalition and the Natural Resources Defense Council.
