Let's be honest, we're all particularly more nervous about this spring than we'd like to be. Spring is always a dicey time of year. We are used to some uncertainty, and perhaps it's that uncertainty that drives us. Will the weather break in time? Willwe have nice weekends? Will customers be excited about the new products? Can our industry really handle another unpredictable factor dampening our busy season? We only get one spring a year, and it's imperative that we do not miss out on this one. Otherwise, some of us may not survive for the next one. Now is the time to take action and cut expenses where possible. If you can prepare and develop ways to bring down expenses and create more efficient programs, once the economy turns around, you'll be able to hit the ground running and be stronger than before.
