The improvement of Information Technologies on short-range radio link, IPv6 and Information Appliance makes it enable that service providers as well as end users control various Electronic Devises on the computer network. In this paper, we discuss on Ubiquitous Smart Card Network. Ubiquitous Smart Card Network enables users, who have the correct access token for computing resources, to use the computing resources, wherever they are. Also, we present a service image of Ubiquitous Smart Card Network.
