摘要

The effect of high-speed crystallization of the melt on the structure and properties of eutectics in the systems Al{sub}2O{sub}3-ZrO{sub}2(Y{sub}2O{sub}3) and 3Al{sub}2O{sub}3·2SiO{sub}2-ZrO{sub}2(Y{sub}2O{sub}3) is considered. Their evolutionafter heat treatment is studied within the wide temperature range. It is shown that high-speed melt crystallization makes it possible to obtain the materials having highly-homogeneous and highly disperse structure which appeared promising in production of structural oxide ceramics exhibiting mechanical properties.
