Descriptions and illustrations are given for 2 new nematode species from the Sheksna river (the Volga river tributary) by Cherepovets city, Russia. Peritobrilus tumidus sp. nov. is similar to P. arcticus but the former species has biocrystals in muscle cells, subterminal seta at the tail tip, and segmented and shorter head setae. Tobrilus minor sp. nov. differs from the similar species T. parvus by segmented and shorter head setae.
