Hungry for opportunity and always ready to challenge the status quo, this next generation of employees is expected to make up more than half of the United States workforce by 2025. Millennial, those born in the early 1980s to mid-2000s, are finding themselves in a pretty plum spot, as the fastener industry prepares to send the majority of its workforce (baby boomers and some smart Gen Xers who planned ahead) to retirement. What will follow next is a new wave of employees in the fastener distribution marketspace.
