摘要

This paper proposes three frameworks to cope with the integrated process planning and scheduling in cloud manufacturing context. Manufacturing units are connected by information and logistic tunnels. With regard to the level of information exposure and autonomy, a negotiation-based cloud, a centralised cloud and a hybrid cloud are proposed. The negotiation-based cloud performs a staged negotiation procedure to achieve an agreement on process plans and schedules in a sub-cloud. Each unit can keep the highest level of privacy and autonomy. The centralised cloud is facilitated with a Planning Centre which holds real-time data of all manufacturing resources, such as machine configurations and status. The Planning Centre is solely responsible for the process planning and scheduling functions. The hybrid cloud combines the negotiation-based and centralised clouds, establishing a dynamic sub-cloud for dedicated job set. At first, the hybrid cloud initiates a negotiation protocol to pool a number of manufacturing units who provide acceptable proposals for given set of operations in the sub-cloud. And then, the Planning Centre performs integrated process planning and scheduling and contract with pooled manufacturing units to fulfil given jobs. In the end, a constraint programming model for the cloud-based integrated process planning and scheduling is provided.
