Erbil-The Iraqi government has transferred the second payment to the autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government under a key oil export deal with the federal government in Baghdad-though the amount transferred was below what it should have received, a senior Kurdish official said Wednesday. Spokesman for the KRG’s finance ministry, Ahmed Abdulrahman, said Iraqi Dinars 490 billion, or around $408 million, was received Monday.
