This article provides the history of the Brain Bee initiative, the recent formation of the IBB organization, the IBB World Championship, and how scientists, educators, and other organizations can contribute.

It was published 3 days later in the London weekly The Bee-Hive, and was then re-issued in the same month, along with the statutes of the organization, in a booklet entitled Address and Provisional Rules of the Working Men's International Association.
