Brazil's National Petroleum Agency will offer 92 blocks in four sedimentary basins in its 17th Bidding Round on 7 October.The basins include the Campos,Pelotas,Potiguar & Santos.Trinidad & Tobago is expected to start its 2020 deepwater competitive bid round in Q1.The 2018 shallow-water competitive bid round closed on 20 May 2019,but the outcome is still pending.Open rounds Angola's National Oil,Gas and Biofuels Agency opened its onshore Congo & Kwanza basins bid round on 31 December.Bidding on the nine oil concessions will close on 9 June 2021.Senegal's Ministry of Petroleum & Energy has again extended the closing date for its 2020 licensing round from 15 December to 30 May 2021.The 12 offshore blocks available in the MSGBC basin were opened on 28 January 2020.
