Background Multiple overlapping stents (Full metal jacket, FMJ) from percutaneous coronary artery intervention (PCI) renders coronary artery bypass modus operandi unmanageable. We report our surgical revascularisation in patients with failed full metal jacket of left anterior descending coronary artery (FMJ-LAD).
