The enlightened article by Pugh (2009) describes the transitional journey a nurse must face after having been reported to a Nurse Regulatory Authority (NRA) Pugh describes the process of being reported to an NRA as one similar to experiencing an extremely traumatic event. He even equates one participant likening the process to a woman being assaulted and not telling anyone about it. This article focused on the nurse rebuilding his or her personal self, not necessarily the nature or the outcome of the unprofessional conduct being reported, except to the extent that he listed the classification of the violation and only in one case reported the patient outcome, which in that case resulted in patient death.

British Letters Patent of 1908 and 1917 constituting the Falkland Islands Dependencies The following are the texts of the two Letters Patent denning the boundaries of the Falkland Islands Dependencies.
