Singapore— Denka has completed the revamp of its Seraya polystyrene (PS) production plant in Singapore to produce methyl methacrylate styrene copolymer (MS resin) to meet growing demand (PCN, 16 Sept 2019, p 2). The project, which cost around 2.7-billion, doubles Denka's production capacity of MS resin to around 140,000 t/y from approximately 70,000 t/y.
