Moscow-Sibur-Neftekhim and Linde Gas Rus, both based in Dzerz-hinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Russia, have signed an agreement to launch a recycling project to reduce the carbon footprint of Sibur's facility there. Reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) generated as a byproduct at the Sibur facility is an integral part of Sibur's sustainable development strategy aiming to reduce green house gas emissions by 15% by 2025.
