Marubeni and Navigator will achieve the "world's first" carbon neutral ethylene voyage. The companies will ensure the voyage is carbon neutral through offsetting the carbon dioxide emissions from the voyage by investing in an environmental project in Cambodia designed to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation. The ship departed Morgan's Point, Texas, on 6 July 2021 and is headed to Antwerp, Belgium.
