Cleveland— Avient Corp., a provider of specialized and sustainable material solutions and services, announced it is collaborating with Oceanworks to help customers incorporate recycled ocean plastics into their products. Building on last year's launch of reSound R recycled content thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) created with Oceanworks recycled plastics, the companies are now working together on an expanded recycled ocean plastics portfolio. The resulting custom-formulated materials, both TPEs and thermoplastics, will be based on Oceanworks Guaranteed base resins.
