The sight of a milkman delivering locally produced milk to your doorstep may have become a rarity in recent years, but Dorset dairy farmers Richard and Wendy Pike believe botded milk deliveries could be seeing a revival.The rise of the supermarkets may have forced many smaller dairies to give up their milk rounds, but as more consumers place a greater emphasis on sourcing local produce, there's real room for farmers to take advantage."I think we've turned a corner with bottle milk. It's a bit like the revival of micro-breweries - the supermarkets have almost become too powerful and people want choice," said Richard.
