The physical fitness assessment consists of several components that must be tested. Summarizing an overview of the physical fitness tests that affect health care is very important for determining an individual's physical fitness level. This paper proposes a new method based on fuzzy analysis techniques for calculating an overview of the physical fitness tests. The trapezoidal fuzzy number is used to explain the membership value of the standard score in each evaluation grade, using the trapezoidal fuzzy grading set format. The fuzzy grade matrix is then integrated with the weight of the standard score as the average standard score, which is then used to conclude an overview physical fitness grade as outlined by standardized criteria. This method will be referred to as Fuzzy Physical Fitness Analytical Method (FPAM). The numerical example is used to illustrate the application of this method. It shows that the FPAM is able to accurately determine overall physical fitness and is more consistent with the test results than the traditional method. It is a new option to summarize the overall physical fitness for all standardized fitness assessment test systems.
