New WTA Report, 'How to Profit from Customers' Digital Transformation,' Explores the Benefits and Challenges of a Transforming Teleport Industry
The World Teleport Association (WTA) released How to Profit from Customers' Digital Transformation, a new research report that explores the status of digital transformation in the industry and the benefits and challenges it presents. "Eighty percent of companies surveyed by the World Economic Forum expect digital to disrupt their industry," said executive director Robert Bell. "But less than half think they are ready for it. That's why 40% of all tech spending is going toward digital transformation. In this report, we look at how teleport operators are transforming their own operations and responding to customer demand for the same." WTA members can access the report by signing into their accounts on the WTA website. The report is free for WTA Members and available for purchase by others.
