Built under survey to American Bureau of Shipping, 'Zakher Commander' was designed by Singapore's Conan Wu & Associates and constructed by busy Berjaya Dockyard, Malaysia. The anchor handling / offshore support vessel is home-ported in Moroni, Union of the Comoros, and has an overall length of 61.2 metres on a beam of 16 metres with a depth of six metres, a designed draught of 4.5 metres and a maximum draught of 5.1 metres.
