Designed by Skipsteknisk and built in steel to Det Norske Veritas +1A1, ICE B, Stern Trawler, EO classification, it comes from a yard with a long history of delivering outstanding vessels. Founded in 1958 by Arne Orskov Christensen, it was the first Danish shipbuilder to construct fishing vessels from steel. Construction is carried out in a building berth measuring 180 metres by 28 metres, and there are two dry docks, two floating docks and a surfacing/finishing workshop with an automatically controlled climate. The expertise and experience of the Orskov Christensen organisation is reflected in every facet of the stern trawler's construction.
