A new bridal magazine, launched by a floral designer, focuses on flowers and design. Early on, as Carol Poon began to focus her floral design business on weddings, the need for a different kind of bridal magazine was obvious, especially when it came to flowers. "Brides had so many misconceptions about wedding flowers, and it was evident that they had no place to go for better information," she recalls. "I would ask clients to bring in images of bouquets and centerpieces they liked, and I would see the same pictures over and over with mediocre designs--or sometimes they couldn't find anything, even after poring through the pages of popular magazines."
