A single rose turns into a striking centerpiece with the addition of Kolor Stix and Designer Stones. Jim bundled the Kolor Stix around the long-stemmed roses, spiraling the bundles slightly to make them flare and binding them with rubber bands, whichhe later covered with bullion. He cut the rose stems to a length just slightly shorter than the Kolor Stix and dipped the ends of the Kolor Stix into pan glue, taking care to protect the rose stem from the glue pan by pulling it away. Placing the bundles in six-inch Lomey trays, he finished off the designs by filling the trays with Designer Stones and with flower-food solution.
