New Zealand's leaders are grappling with an increasingly complex business environment encompassing the ever-moving target that digital disruption brings and the myriad of challenges that poses. Then there is the automation of the workforce; very real cyber security fears; the need to find talented leaders, nurture them and hold onto them all within a global environment that is dynamic and fast moving. And last, but not least, they are dealing with their own stress levels. So what does keep our leaders awake? Adrian Littlewood, the CEO at Auckland International Airport, says that the thing he always thinks about is how not to miss the opportunities in front of us. Littlewood was in China recently on a trip with the Prime Minister and met with Chinese business magnate and philanthropist, Jack Ma, the founder and executive chairman of Alibaba Group and China's richest man. Ma is on record as heaping praise on New Zealand.
