She wanted the business to grow. Fair enough; I asked her why she wanted this. "Well," she said, eyes across the horizon, puffed cheeks, "because that's what you do!" "Why is that?" I asked. "Because that will make me more money," she replied. "How deep is that why?" I continued. She looked at me with knitted brow. "What do you mean?" "How much true meaning is contained in there for you and your family?" I asked.
