Uveal melanoma can lead to secondary glaucoma. Treatment focuses on medications and lasers, given the concerns related to the spread of active tumors with incisional surgery. We report our experience with the use of transscleral cyclopnotocoagulation (CPC) in 4 consecutive patients with glaucoma in the setting of uveal melanoma.
